José Neves is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Civil Engineering Architecture and Georesources of the Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), University of Lisbon. He is a senior member of CERIS, the IST research unit for innovation and sustainability in the built and natural environment field. He has a long experience on Transportation Geotechnics and Pavement Engineering.
