Roxana Banabic delivers presentation at TS 2025

On June, 18, 2025, Roxana Banabic has delivered a presentation entitled "Health monitoring of road infrastructure using bender elements embedded in pavements" at the Transportation Systems Conference (TS 2025).

Roxana's presentation included a briefing on the concept and progress of the INTENT project, with a focus on the software for modelling the response of granular soils to long-term cyclic loading. A shout-out to co-authors of the paper, José Neves, Carolina Melendez, Manuel Parente, Miguel Azenha, Cosmin Chiorean, Hélder Silva, João Moutinho, Erol Tutumluer, António Gomes Correia, and Ionut Moldovan. This was Roxana's first presentation in a major international conference. And she rocked!
